About ConsciousWine
Have you noticed that an organic carrot almost always tastes better than a regular carrot? So how can organically grown grapes be a bad thing? Something went cuckoo when it comes to organic in the fine wine world, and ConsciousWine is here to set the record straight!
Our task is to bring back the joy of organic in it’s fullest sense. We will demystify natural wine, and help to end the confusion over sulfites, organic wine and understanding what is truly sustainable. We will reframe things in a way that supports qualities we value for ourselves and future generations.
The idea for ConsciousWine got started as a result of a small trade tasting of wines from all over the world. Even though the wines were made from different grape varieties, they were tasting bizarrely similar to each other. The magic of each grape variety and the unique flavors offered by the places they were coming from was missing…
