A beautiful dry wine with classic Gewürztraminer aromatics. Very spicy, floral, and citrusy. All stainless fermentation. All Temperance Hill fruit. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Cold stabilized. Fined and protein (heat) stabilized with Bentonite clay. Sent to bottle through sterile filtration (Beco 350 to a Beco 120 to a final .45 filter in the bottling line) in February 2010. Produced with no animal byproducts. 100% vegetarian.
