|Gave the trip to your cousin! Well, reward yourself with Pinot Noirs from the Willamette Valley inn and winery where they'll be staying and singing your praises.
2 bottles of 2008 Jordan Pinot Noir
4 bottles of 2009 Estate Pinot Noir
Not only in the Youngberg Hill Inn beautiful, but the Bailey family sure knows how to make a fine Pinot Noir. It's remarkable how different these two are: the Estate is a classic Pinot to pair with chicken, baked salmon, and other light dishes, and the Jordan is a fuller bodied Pinot, with nicely balanced acidity and tannins, making it very food friendly, pairing magically with any red meat and wild mushroom dishes.
