From the Winery:
This 100% Viognier was harvested from Chequera Vineyards, a lovely sloping vineyard located off the 46 West in Paso Robles. The 30 year old Syrah and Viognier vineyard has been Demeter-certified Biodynamic® since 2007, although the vineyard has been farmed with organic methods since inception.
This wine was made with zero added sulfites, and without the use of additives or adjustments. It has a light straw color and immediately ushers in the urgency of summer months and moderate climes. Although the alcohol levels are much higher than anticipated, the wine exhibits lovely aromas of soft peach and has refined and understated elegance in its flavors allowing delicate fruit characteristics to come through with every sip.
