Decorus (latin:beautiful, graceful, charming) is our estate white Rhone blend, using Viognier as the leading varietal. This is a lovely natural wine with only 10 ppm sulfites added (total). It has aromas of rich, round peach trees in bloom. On the palate, the four varietals blend seamlessly to give you a complexity not found outside of Rhone blends-style wines. This wine is a delicate wine, as well as a beautiful wine, it is very feminine with good acidity.
60% Viognier, 18% Roussanne, 18% Marsanne, 4% Grenache
