Ambyth didn’t start out as any kind of dream or desire. It started out as a country retreat with ideas for future retirement and peace. When we bought the adjacent property to the original – the second half of the hill and woods with no fence line between the two, the doors opened and we have been propelled forward at almost breakneck speed.

Almost by accident we bumped into Biodynamic farming and with utmost deliberation have embraced this outrageously beautiful method of farming with open arms and hearts. Once started on a path like this the doors don’t just open up ahead anymore, but also in parallel, above and in ways that are most paradignal.

The envelope must be pushed in order to attempt to understand. But of course full comprehension is impossible, so where does it end?
